Summer time early!

If you live around here, you know we have been hit with a heat wave in April!~ The kids had fun under the splinker.. too early to put up our 3ft pool, but we did have out an old baby pool! So fun! But a little too hot too quick for me! But I'll take it!

T-ball starts!

Brayden has started T-ball.. it's um... interesting...he LOVES hitting, and lets just say- not a big fan of being in the outfield. He is OK in the infield- gets bored, but thankfully he's not the only kid playing in the dirt! He can wack the ball pretty good, but they only let each kid run one base at a time. We just want him to have fun, if baseball is not his thing, that is fine, but we're trying! :0
So cute in his "uni" - we did get him cleats (not that he needed them.. but Dad thought he did :) )

Great Wolf Lodge

In our room.. ready for bed, after a long day of swimming!


We recently went to the Great Wolf Lodge for a one night and 2 days!~ It's SO much fun. We splurged a bit and got a suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths- was so nice. The boys shared a room and did great and Morgan slept in the living room in the pack and play. It was nice, once we put the kids to bed, we hung out in our room and watched TV. The kids LOVED it. Morgan was a little shy at first, but got right into it. She hated the life jacket, so we just kept her with us, or she was attached to one of our hips. But, the boys, were little fish! We took turns taking Brayden on the big slides, they were so fun! I think Gav will do great on them next year! If you've never been- you gotta go!~ It's an awesome place for kids!

Gavin's 3rd B-day!

We had a great time celebrating Gavin's Birthday! We celebrated Sat. , April4th with the fam, and then on his actual day he got to pick his meal (meatloaf) and we made cupcakes (fun project w/ 3 kids....ugh) and gave him gifts from us, since he got a ton on Sat. Some of his gifts included a toy saxaphone, electric drum set, a "bass" as he calls it, but a kid electric guitar is what it is, a Backyardigans DVD (which was his theme he picked) clothes (I asked for!) bubbles, a harmonica, and Imagination movers DVD, the Ice Cream maker Play doh- fun!~ We had a great time!
