We let the kids sleep in last Sunday , and went to the 11:15 service, so we actually had a non-rushed Sunday morning (rare) so I set the timer and took a few pics. I think this one came out decent! Hard, but everyone is looking at smiling! There is hope!

Family.....

Family.. what better thing is there? We recently had our family over for dinner and I just kept thinking the whole night how blessed I am.. I mean really blessed. God has blessed our family above and beyond. My brothers , their wives and kids, and my parents all live within minutes from each other, we worship together and are all serving in one way or another at church, and we are raising our kids together. What else could be better? I'm blessed. A friend of mine has been sick and going through so much and it has just made me SO thankful for my family's health. My parents are in the their 60's and completely healthy! What a blessing that is! I absolutely LOVE the fact that I can see my nieces and nephew grow up and be a part of their lives. I"m blessed. I have a wonderful husband who loves the Lord and loves me despite my faults. I"m blessed. I have wonderful friends, even one for over 25 years! I"m blessed. I have sister-in-laws that I adore and whom I call friends. I"m blessed. God has been good to me , despite my all my faults! I'm just feeling thankful. Updates....

Well, we have been busy.. again. I actually went to Raleigh last weekend with my long time friend. I flew in and she drove about 3 hours to meet me. We had a TOTALLY wonderful time.. we LOVE our hubs and kids to pieces, but seriously.. a weekend to sleep in till whenever we want, time to have NO schedule to follow, read when we want, go to the bathroom and not have a kid knocking on the door..... PRICELESS!!!! I did however come home and get a nasty sinus /head cold infection thing.. it's driving me crazy! But... we are well. I was making the kids snacks the other day, and THOUGHT my lil' 2 year old was in her room playing... I went to get her and felt a breeze... noticed the back sliding door was opened (normally it's locked and they can't open it, but they are into letting the dog out.. so it never got locked) I found Morgan had put on her rain boots and was walking around pushing her baby in an old umbrella stroller in the back yard!! Hilarious! I of course did what every other mother would do... got my camera! Here are a few shots....
