Christmas eve and morning

Well, can't believe Christmas was here and gone so fast! SO fun, but man, TIRING. We went to church Christmas eve and the boys did great, Morgan lasted about 1/2 way before she needed out! We then had some family over and then got ready for the big night! Because of the snow, Daddy threw out the "reindeer food" andBrayden wrote Santa a little note! They actually did well going to bed and slept till 8, their normal time! We had a fun morning here then headed to my parents for brunch and hanging out with the rest of thefam ! Seven kids and an estimated over 150 total gifts we ripped through them in about an hour! CRAZY! I really had to look through their stuff when we got home to see what they got! The kids played nicely with all their new toys and then some family came for dinner. A FUN day! Merry Christmas!

Snow fun!!!

So yeah.... we got some snow!!! What a fun weekend for the kids. We were snowed in Saturday and enjoyed some baking for a bit, a family night movie night and playing in the snow. It had'nt really accumulated much at that point but the boys had fun. Morgan didn't last that long - it honestly took me longer to get her ready then the amount of time she actually stayed outside.. but it was fun anyway! Sunday we had no first service, but the 11:15 was on and Brayden's class sang.. he was so cute! There was a solo part and he was leaning over to see the kid sing and he fell of the step!!! Hilarious actually! It didn't even phase him. Then Sunday afternoon we played in the snow. There was a big snow mound next to our house, so we just hung out around here. It wasn't as windy so Morgan played for a while.. just have to get her waterproof gloves, her hands were freezing in her little non-matching red mittens! Enjoy the pics... !

Christmas time...

So I totally went easy this year and just put a few shots from Disney on our card, but I did put the kids in their Christmas outfits yesterday and take some shots.. we got a few good ones! I"m hoping we are getting to the age where everyone almost looks at the camera and smiles. (I"m sure the M& M's I was offering if they smiled nicely didn't help at all..........) Here are a few ....

A day in the park...

Last week we had a nice day, so I took the kids to walk along the canal and feed the ducks. We didn't last long there, and I didn't get great shots, because the geese were attacking us! We decided to hop in the van and head over to the park.. here are some shots from our day!
Hanging out with these 2 on a good day really is fun! (I say good day, because those of you that have a 2 year old AND a 3 year know what I mean!)

All the things to play on they were on the swings the longest.. could of done that in the backyard!

crazy life...

Well, we have had yet another crazy event in our lives. Last weekend before Thanksgiving, Morgan started w/ the fever, the cough, etc. Long story -short, we wound up in the ER Sunday morning and we being admitted by 1:00 with a little girl who had pnuemonia!!! LONG, LONG, did I mention LONG day SUnday and Monday , but thankfully we were able to go home Monday night. She is doing great. Two trips to the pediatrician and many nebulizer treatments, a switch of antiobiotics , because she spat out the first one.. and we are doing great! So great, that we decided to get our tree Saturday! More pics to come!!
